We want you to love what you bring home from the atelier.
Digital products
Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if a file is damaged, doesn’t download, or is not as described, we will send you a corrected file or issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Memberships
You can cancel The Atelier Circle at any time and you won’t be charged again. If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, write to us within 7 days of the charge and, if you haven’t downloaded that month’s files, we will refund it.
How to request a refund
Use the link in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, or write to Nora on Instagram (@nora_artdesign_) with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
